For your information to know because I had an older couple come in today and ask several questions

The one that stands out is can a funeral home call up a family while there love one is dying

The answer is NO. That is soliciting business.

If you got look at the wv code 47-14-10 you will see that a funeral home or anybody associated with it can not contact any one if they are in a hospital, rest home, nursing home or similar institutions. For the purpose of a preneed or final disposition arrangements.

This is against the law.

They said not a lot of people know that.

So just information you can bank in your head
