I woke up with a nasty cold 🤧 ( Sunday a week ago)
Everyone at my house had a mild dose of it, but my bucket was completely full, so it hit me extra hard.

What I did to get better in 5 days 👇

Fascia blasting in the sauna Day 1 & day 4. (This video was taken day 4)
Redmonds immunity salt mix
Viracid
Tea (sore throat & echinacea)
Immune Charge ( very powerful stuff)
Beninite Clay bath
Arnica oil bath (blasted face and chest)
Coffee e***a ( there's a whole protocol for this, and should be followed correctly)
Garlic enama

Chicken noodle soup ( chicken thighs, miracle noodles ( very low carb) topped with kimchi. I ate that for 3 days.

Lots of sleep & water & sunshine 🌞

(All better and back to normal by day 6)
