When fitness and being active was so defining in my life, having 5 pregnancies in 7 years threw me for a loop! The world of prenatal and postpartum fitness became my focus. I learned everything I could about the pelvic floor and how not to have incontinence, low back pain, and feeling like my insides were falling out because I wanted to lift and run and move freely —- like before. But all of the life changes/body changes, brought me to such surrender in the process. I learned to focus on the little wins. The squat without pain, the jogging without incontinence, the lunging without sciatica. But since I have always exercised at home with my kids around me, I didn’t realize that I was raising my little bestie workout buddies🥹 our early morning runs are things I treasure now that my oldest is fast and getting stronger and loving all the same things I do😄 what a gift I didn’t have a clue was coming🙌 so keep moving, keep your kids moving with you, keep showing the babies/toddlers/kids that it is fun and we can do it TOGETHER🤩
