Yesterday we kicked off spirit week with Pj day! We were all just so cozy we forgot to take pictures!

Today we are all pretty in pink for a powerful cause. 🎀 Our little ones (and teachers too) wore pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month - honoring fighters, celebrating survivors 💪🏽 and remembering those we’ve lost. 🩷

It’s never to early to teach kindness, compassion and community spirit - and today we wore it proudly! 🌸

Thanks to your support and book purchases through our scholastic orders, we’ve received free books for our center. 🙌 Your contributions help keep our classroom stocked with new and updated books that inspire a love of reading. 💛

We’re excited to announce that a new Scholastic order form will be going home with our kiddos today - so be sure to check those back packs! 🎒

🌸✨ Science is blooming in Pre-K! ✨🌸

Our Pre-K friends have been busy little scientists this week with a color carnation experiment. They filled glasses with food coloring, placed in white carnations, and now we’re watching the magic happen!

The children are making predictions, hypotheses, and daily observations as the flowers slowly soak up the colors. It’s been so exciting to hear their guesses and see their faces light up as the carnations begin to change. 🌸💙💜💛

🚔A huge thank you to Buckhannon City Police Department for visiting our daycare last week. The kids were thrilled to have you! They had such a wonderful time asking questions and getting a close up look at the police car.

🧠The kids were able to engage with the officers and learn basic safety awareness.

✨We’re so grateful for the time you took to talk with our little ones and help them feel safe and supported. You made their day!
