Fall is a favorite season for getting outside — whether it’s hiking, yard work, sports, or just enjoying the cooler air. But those activities can put new stress on muscles and joints.

Railroad tracks only work when they’re aligned — otherwise, the train can’t run smoothly or reach its destination.

WEEKLY WELLNESS TIP: Soak Up the Last of Summer ☀️🍂

As the days get shorter and routines shift, it’s easy to spend more time indoors. But don’t forget — fresh air and natural light are powerful wellness tools for kids and adults.

Spending time outside helps:
✅ Regulate circadian rhythms for better sleep

WEEKLY WELLNESS TIP: Summer Screens & Slouching 📱

Summer often means more downtime — and with that comes more screen time for everyone.

Kids on tablets, parents scrolling on the couch, teens gaming — all of it can lead to one big issue: poor posture.

Slouching forward puts extra pressure on the neck, upper back, and shoulders, which can contribute to:
• Headaches or tension
• Neck and upper back soreness
• Fatigue or restlessness (especially in kids)

✨ The good news? Posture habits can be improved. Here’s what helps:
• Bring screens to eye level
• Take movement breaks every 20–30 minutes
• Watch for signs of discomfort in kids (they may not say it!)
