Livestreamers, I’ll be using blocks and a strap. If you don’t have those, books or a belt will work perfectly.
We’ll finish with a soothing savasana, so bring along a pillow or blanket to make your rest extra comfy.

Livestreamers, for this deeply restful Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath practice, all you’ll need is a pillow and a blanket. That’s it. Make yourself as comfortable and supported as possible so you can fully settle into stillness.

We’ll be using bolsters and blocks during class. If you don’t have those on hand, no worries at all — grab a bed pillow or some couch cushions and a few sturdy books. They make great substitutes and will work beautifully.

BoardFIT Pilates is officially on the Soul Shine schedule for May‼️

This class is limited to 12 spots due to the number of boards available, so please be sure to reserve your spot online at:

Walk-ins are welcome, but a reservation is the only way to guarantee you’ll have a board. And if something comes up and you can’t keep your reservation, please cancel so someone on the waitlist has the chance to join.

Prefer to join from home? This class will also be offered online for anyone wanting to try it with their own board.

💪 Bringing Your Own Board?
Absolutely welcome. If you have a board and want to bring it with you to ensure your spot, you’re more than encouraged to do so.
