In this dept. we help you plan and facilitate your retreat. We plan or provide the following services.
• Breakfast delivery to the house for the weekend
• Group Orientation
• Yoga Nidra and Hatha classes
• Lectures on Living a Yogic Life, Pranayama and Meditation and Raja Yoga
• Ashram Tour
• Guided hike and yoga (based on teacher availability)

y other general services that may come up through out your guests stay.
• Nearly all these services are free of charge! Only certain speakers charge fees. We also have massage therapists on site for your guests to visit, several hiking trails, Coffee shop and restaurant and a Riverscape company that rents out Kayaks, and tubes to groups to travel down the James River. Once you get a feel for what you are looking to do lets connect via phone and we can help you with any theme ideas that you may need.
