When my Gram O died I began seeing this bird. One day it flew right in front of me as if to get my attention. It sat about an arm and a half length from me on my side yard fence. We stared at each other for what seemed like eternity. That’s when I knew.

See my Gram O could whistle…like really intricate beautiful melodies. It is fitting that she comes to see me as a that whistles over 1100 songs.

I mean!!! If you see 6 adult women acting crazy I’d invite you to look deeper lol. These are 6 crazy, fun, creative, free kids enjoying being together in the present moment. Everything many of us dream of having back for even a moment and “adulting” life takes charge instead. We can live with BOTH, be kind to BOTH, and find balance. Whether your heaviness comes from grief, tension, pain, stress, anxiety or, the mega curse word, adulting I’d invite you to join us next time for the Power of Play at Earth Salt Stone. We begin slowly so as not to shock our system and then this video and more is what is possible my friends. Stay tuned for the next date and until then I’d invite you to play (like a child) for at least a minute every day.

Thank you to everyone that came to our 2026 Vision Board Creation workshop .salt.stone 🙏. It was such a glorious time to see all of your visions, creativity, and to witness the intuitive guidance that you all tapped into! We began our time in the salt cave with a chat, getting to know each other and about vision boards, and a mindful practice to settle and ground us into the present. Super sad I didn’t get any pics of y’all tipped back so comfy in the anti-gravity chairs!!!!! Next time! Here’s to a glorious 2026!!!! ❤️🙏🥰❤️

Merry Christmas…or maybe not. Rest. Play. Smile. Cry. Be joyful. Be sad. Be courageous. Be fearful. Be social. Be quiet. This is the unknown of daily life after grief strikes and especially on the holidays you may be more abrupt with your emotional swings. Let yourself. Have compassion for yourself, offer yourself grace, breathe, and find ways to honor, talk about, and share about your loved one. If you’re not the one grieving ASK the griever about their loved one. Losing them was hard enough but losing the memories because no one wants to “upset” you by bringing them up is extra tragic. Sending you all love this holiday. Share the name of someone your heart misses this holiday in the comments.

May you have a safe and healthy Thanksgiving…because it’s not always happy. We’ve placed pressure on ourselves to be happy and merry on holidays based on the name. However, sometimes we feel anything but those words. Death, loss of job, depression, breakups, relationships stresses, loneliness, physical pain, and/or so much more may be on your plate this year. I’d invite you to feel whatever you feel today and always without external guilt or pressures. Offer yourself grace dear souls. Much love,
