Hi! If we haven’t met yet, my name is Janine and I am the owner/creator of JBird Fitness.

I started JBird on-demand after my family & I moved 10 yrs ago, knowing I wanted to continue to do what I love but I also wanted to be home with my little ones.

Talk about a big change. From NYC to Bucks County, PA. From teaching 15-20 class/week in multiple studios to setting up a tripod and basically teaching to myself. And lastly, becoming a stay-at-home mom with a biz on the side.

It was exciting and nerve racking all in one.

And while I loved the idea of making my own hours and having the flexibility to work when I could or wanted…I missed the people.

I missed you.

I’m better with you. You inspire me. You get me excited to wake up in the morning.

So back in the classroom I went and I haven’t looked back.

Now it’s time to get JBird classes into the community TOGETHER!

This has never been about me. It’s always been about US! So together let’s focus on upping our fitness game and having FUN in 2025!

The girls & I had so much fun co-teaching a Parent + Kid class this afternoon. It was a great way to celebrate motherhood this weekend! Thanks to all the moms and little ones who came to share in the experience. You did an INCREDIBLE job today. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL!!!
