Class- Stretch and Recovery with JK
(Assisted stretching for better performance)
Stretching is a fundamental component of fitness and wellness that often takes a back seat to other exercises. Whether you’re an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or someone looking to improve their overall health, understanding the science behind stretching and knowing when to stretch can significantly enhance your results and overall well-being. You will experience hands-on assistance techniques and methods for pre-post stretches and recovery periods.
In this class you will learn:
-The anatomy of when, why and what to stretch.
-4 different methods for contraction, decompression, static and dynamic stretch
-26 full body stretches that will improve flexibility and reduce injury.
This class is ideal for anyone that does a fitness routine looking to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, ROM, balance, strength and improving VO2 max.
