Strong representation and outstanding leadership at the Michigan Center for Rural Health Annual Conference.

Our Practice Manager, Keisha Sexton, BBA, CRHCP, and April Marsh, BSN, RN, Complex Care Manager, attended this year’s conference, where April delivered an impactful presentation on Care Management; highlighting real-world strategies, patient-centered coordination, and measurable outcomes that are making a difference in rural communities.

April’s work continues to exemplify excellence in care delivery, driving improved access, stronger patient engagement, and more efficient care models. Her leadership in this space reflects the caliber of innovation and commitment we strive to bring to every patient we serve.
