Happy Thriving Thursday, amazing people!

Have you taken time to be still and to recharge your battery?

✨️If not, find time today,
even if just a few minutes to relax and to step away from the to-do list.
✨️Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!

I did this today by stepping away from my work and getting some sunshine🌞 and fresh air while walking. I felt more relaxed and refreshed after.😌

👈🏾Apologizing is one way to repair a conflict in a relationship yet it is not a requirement of your healing.
👈🏾We don't want to wait on others' apologies to begin healing as this gives them too much power and control.
👈🏾Focus on honoring your emotions and nurturing your needs while moving forward in ways aligned with your values. ✨️
