•30 minute massage is a targeted massage to focus on one area of the body. Such as shoulder/neck, feet or back.

•60 minutes can be for a full body massage or focus on upper body only to ensure extra work on main issue points.

•90 minutes is a full body massage that can be relaxing or a relaxing massage with focus on issue points.
