Our Story

Since 1999, I have been successfully helping people make positive changes in their lives in the counseling practice. I’m a Clinical Social Worker who sees children and families. In 2013, I created Awareness Coaching, LLC to expand the Wellness Coaching services offered to my clients. Wellness Coaching is different from Counseling. Wellness Coaching is goal oriented, more directive, and present focused. During Wellness Coaching sessions, I will not diagnose, treat or focus on the past. Some concerns do not require psychotherapy and can be resolved in a shorter time frame. I believe that with specific skill development and expanded knowledge, people can heal themselves.
