Meet Our Providers!
Bethany L. G. Jarvis, RN, MSN, FNP-C is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and care coordination. She consistently delivers comprehensive, compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients across the lifespan. Bethany is dedicated to improving health outcomes through patient education and continuity of care. She earned her registered nurse certificate and her family nurse practitioner degree from the University of Maine, Orono, and has practiced locally for many years.

Meet Our Providers!
Dr. Leith Rupp, D.D.S., has been a lead dentist serving in nonprofit public health on behalf of the underserved population in Northern Colorado and has a proven record of quality and comprehensive general dentistry performance including restorative, fixed, removable, root canals, oral surgery, treatment planning and care for patients with complex medical histories. Dr. Rupp earned his D.D.S. at the University of Colorado. He is a member of the American Dental Association and is a Marine Corp veteran.

Meet Our Providers
Diane Noah, LCSW, is experienced in psychiatric care and in providing support for patients with depression, anxiety and other psychiatric illnesses. She is extremely resourceful with good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for her patients. She also is skilled in conducting diagnostic family interviews as part of multidisciplinary teams evaluations for ADHD, learning disabilities, and autistic spectrum disorders. Diane earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science in nutrition from Montclair State University, New Jersey.
