Here are a few simple tips to reduce fall risks:
⭐ Keep pathways clear of clutter and cords
⭐ Use non-slip rugs and sturdy handrails
⭐ Wear supportive, non-skid shoes indoors and out
⭐ Stay active with gentle exercises that improve balance and strength
⭐ Schedule regular vision and hearing check-ups

🎤🎸 Did you know January is Elvis Presley’s birthday month? Our friend Jimmy Lee sure did! He treated us to a trip down memory lane with songs from across Elvis’s career — even a few from his movies. 😍🎶 We were surprised by a few tunes we’d never heard before 🤪 What a fun way to celebrate the King! 👑✨

🌸 A big thank you to Robin from JOL Hospice for joining us this week for a fun craft day! 🖌️🎨 With Maria’s help, our residents had an absolute blast making beautiful hummingbird houses. 🐦💖 Now we have cheerful, colorful homes ready to welcome our tiny feathered friends! 🥰✨
