Chassidy Rose Caputo was a loving wife, amazing mother, successful entrepreneur and business owner (Under Pressure Massage Therapy, Buda TX), talented massage therapist, athlete, and was beautiful inside and out.

Tragically, Chass lost her battle with mental health, and passed away on June 12th at the young age of 31.

She leaves behind a grieving family and large extended family, immediate family includes her daughter Olivia, 6, son Vincent, 4, and husband Nicholas, 33. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist/ Licensed Massage Instructor who has been massaging for 7 years. I originally started at a well known deep tissue establishment in central Austin. I made my way up in the business, by training front of house, new therapists, etc.. I started my business here in Buda, Tx and am ready to bring on my first employee. I may be a brand new start up but I know what it takes to take care of my employees! I will be working side by side with you to ensure your success.

What I am looking for:
A passionate LMT looking for growth within their skill set and career. Passion for deep tissue and fascia work is a MUST! I know deep tissue can be intense on ones body, so I consider 4 days/week to be full time.

What Under Pressure offers:
-Competitive pay 30$+100% tips/ per massage hour. 32$ after 3 months with yearly raises
-Paid training
-Room for growth (you will have the opportunity to become a manager within one year) I will provide all training.
-All equipment provided (Lotion, sheets, cups, gua sha or "scraping" tools, hydraulic table, etc.)
-100$ monthly allotment towards health insurance
-Free Monthly massage (full time)
-4 paid sick days (full time)
-1 week paid vacation (full time)

Qualifications:
-Licensed massage therapist or on track to finish massage school (no experience needed)
-Passion for helping others and for deep tissue
-Willing to work at least one weekend day and a few PM shifts. Shift Hours- 8:30am-3:00pm/ 2:30pm-9:00pm

Business success despite Covid is right!! It’s been an amazing 6 months in business. I have hit just about 100 New clients and I am so thankful for every single one of them. Couldn’t have done this without my husband and the support of my family. Looking forward to what the future holds 🙌🏼🤗

Hey everyone! I will be joining Market in the Park this coming Saturday 9am-1pm! I will have a drawing for a free 60minute massage (3 winners).
