To those who have taken my Control 1.5/2 Fusion class- I am so, so, sorry. I know not what I have been putting y’all through. I did the flow alongside y’all today, and WOWZA! A burner 🔥 would be putting it mildly 🥵

Does that mean that I will be changing my approach to my flows? Absolutely not. 🤭 I do love y’all though! 🫶🏽

What I love about working with is her desire to push herself…and her willingness to go for things. We had a 🔥 power hour this morning. She is so.freaking.strong. 💪🏽

There was nothing ‘therapeutic’ about the use of the Theraband in today’s Reformer Flow 1 class. Oops 🤭

Had a small Flow 2.5 class today, so I jumped in with them. After class, I apologized to them. I knew not what I put them through each week. 😆😆😆😆

When you aren’t sure if they are breathing, you use a harmonica to make sure 🎶🎶🎶🎶
