Feel the Flow! Join Master Trainer Patricia Lawson this summer in Irving, TX for an in-depth workshop on the Sun 73 forms! Along with other Tai Chi enthusiasts, you will discover a deeper understanding of Sun style and find strategies to maintain continuous movement and flow without the urge to "stop". This is not an instructor certification, but with advanced notice a TCHI-TCAFP update can be included for anyone that needs it.

We'll be running a slightly different schedule at our studio in Buda next week. Closed Monday and Tuesday for Memorial Day and Hays High School Graduation, regular schedule Wednesday/Thursday, and a pop-up class on Friday!

Monday, May 25th - **CLOSED** Memorial Day

Tuesday, May 26th - **CLOSED** Hays HS Graduation (Congrats Noah S.!!)

Wednesday, May 27th - Open! Regular Schedule:

Thursday, May 28th - Open! Regular Schedule:

***Tai Chi for Metabolism***

Give your metabolism a boost during your LUNCH HOUR or AFTER WORK!

⏰ Mondays & Wednesdays 5:40-6:30pm
⏰ Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:10-1:00pm

This program is a good place to start your Tai Chi journey to better health! Incorporating easy to learn Yang and Sun style movements, this class will gradually raise your metabolic rate over 5 levels! Though this gentle practice is beneficial for all, it was specifically designed by medical professionals to aid in the prevention of diabetes as well as improve complications of diabetes by enhancing heart/lung function, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and stress reduction.

⏰ Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-7:50pm

Tai Chi for Energy is the perfect start for those who may feel Tai Chi is “too slow.” This program produces a powerful synergy by combining fun and exciting movements from Chen and Sun styles. Tai Chi for Energy has been shown to improve health and wellness, boost energy, and increase the ability to manage stress.

No experience required! Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Training takes place on matted surface, go barefoot or wear socks or shoes specifically for martial arts training. Options for seated/chair Tai Chi available!
