Join Janel a Registered Yoga Teacher & Certified Usui Reiki Master for a 60 minute rejuvenating flow yoga session. You will be guided from beginning to end in this open level class. Focusing on proper alignment and form with her students is a top priority along with strength, balance and core engagement. Her passion reflects in her creative sequencing and meditative movements of classical yoga poses and modifications, accommodating her wide range of students. Exploring asana (poses), meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) during each practice, she promotes balance of the mind and body.

Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself with a morning yoga flow at Hunter Hall. Janel's expert guidance will help you find balance, release stress, and restore your energy. Starting June 25th this class will be offered on Tuesday + Thursday mornings from 9 - 10 am.

No matter your level of experience, this class is open to all. Whether you're a yoga enthusiast or new to the practice, Janel will provide modifications and support to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome.

Carve out time for yourself with this feel-good yoga flow intended to uplift your energy, nourish your body, and dissolve stress. This 30 minute practice starts seated with a gentle warm up, and then moves into a dynamic standing sequence with twists and balancing postures.
Exploring asana (poses), meditation,and pranayama (breathing techniques) during each practice, Janel promotes balance of the mind and body. This is a full body vinyasa yoga class with a relaxing savasana at the end.
• Reiki Healing w/ Janel
Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself to a blissful Sunday filled with guided meditation and the healing power of Reiki. Janel's expert guidance will help you find balance, release stress, and restore your energy. As an experienced yoga teacher certified since 2012 and a Certified Reiki Master you will be guided with a relaxing breathing technique and signing bowls into a deeply relaxing meditation.
