Mr. The fee includes venipuncture, specimen processing, and
delivery. We also provide assistance with possible reimbursement with your insurance company. (This price is for patients within 30 miles of Buena Park, CA 90621. For patients beyond 30 miles the service fee is $150. No service beyond 50 miles).
$100 service fee for patients with kits and/or Autologous Serum Eye Drops (With tubes and order). (This price is for patients within 15 miles of Buena Park, CA 90621. For patients beyond 15 miles the service fee is $125. No service beyond 50 miles).
$50 specimen pick-up (Includes processing & delivery)

1. Will come to your home, job, or place of business. (We also accept non-scheduled patients if not totally booked).
2. Let us know your preferred lab (i.e. Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, UCI, etc.).
