There are times doing energy work that you get a new client that comes in and you look at them, hear their story and feel you are looking at yourself from years ago. You know the desperation they are feeling because the body is filled with so much cortisol it has taken over the nervous system. But once you find the right technique to help, it’s incredible. This client had her first 2 back to back Spinal Flow sessions and this is what she wrote to me. This is what the work is all about for me❤️

👏👏👏This is how you address health 💯. The body uses the microbes to heal with. The body calls upon bacteria when it is healing deep emotional hurts, mold/fungi/parasites when healing survival mode fight/flight issues, viral when it’s healing deep fears and the body breathes in the virus from the environment. Dr. Her in his 30 years of research found that the body didn’t create virus’, they are all externally created. For every physical body response, there is an emotional response connection. That includes stress responses. The only other factor is the chemical toxicity, which is physical response. We are responsible for everything we experience and we pay for it one way or another. Learning to self regulate, engage in holistic health practices that support the body’s wisdom and innate ability to heal itself is the key. We each are the Captain of our ship and the Master of our Soul, feed it wisely
