Favorite keto treat: 2 eggs, separated. Whip 1 Tbs collagen with yolks, if too clumpy, add 1 tsp water and whip again. Whip 2 Tbs gelatin with whites to firm peaks, fold two mixtures together. Cook on hit griddle in tallow/butter to desired brown, turn a couple times. Top with butter and keto syrup. They deflated quickly, but taste great!
