My dearest and beloved friends,

Today, as I sit down to write this letter, my heart is heavy and my eyes are filled with tears. I want to share with you the news about our precious companion, Zoe Ra Huff-Bathon. Zoe, our sweet soul, has been given the diagnosis of terminal cancer. As we prepare to ensure her comfort and well-being in her final days, a whirlwind of emotions engulfs me.

But in the midst of this devastating news, I am compelled to reflect on the profound and sacred love Zoe has brought into my life during our time together. She has surpassed the role of a mere pet, becoming my confidante, my pillar of support, and my truest friend. From the depths of my being, I want to express my immeasurable gratitude for every single moment we have shared.

Zoe's radiant smile had the power to brighten even the darkest of days. Her playful spirit, evident in her love for swimming and paddle boarding, served as a limitless source of inspiration. She found joy in the simplicity of chasing coconuts on the beach of Miami, her zest for life contagiously spreading to all around her.

To say that I love Zoe would not capture the depths of my affection; she has been my steady foundation, my guiding light throughout every season. Through unwavering loyalty, she demonstrated the true essence of unconditional love. Zoe witnessed my heartbreaks, celebrated my triumphs, and provided endless solace during moments of sadness.
