STUDIO SPOTLIGHT: Barre!!!

Mondays and Thursdays at 8:15a, Tuesdays at 5:15p, and Saturdays at 7:45a

A dynamic fusion of strength, cardio, yoga and pilates designed to reconnect your mind and body through movement. It pairs small isometric movements with large dynamic movements to build core stability and muscle endurance, giving you a sense of balance and empowerment.

We’ll combine stretching into our classes, so you’ll leave each one feeling stronger and more limber!
