Candice will be bringing a new yoga spark on Fridays at 10:30am.
Yoga + Ayurvedic Rhythms 🌱
A grounded, contemplative yoga practice informed by Ayurveda and somatic awareness. The practice unfolds at an unhurried pace, with spacious pauses and asana guided by breath, stability, and each body’s unique expression.
Ayurvedic themes are woven throughout, supporting seasonal rhythm, elemental balance, and the dance between subtle and physical experience. This class invites students to slow down, feel more fully, and cultivate deeper trust in their own inner knowing.
Candice is a 200-hour Embodied Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of personal yoga practice, currently completing a 300-hour Ayurvedic Wellness Coach training and a recent 50-hour Ayurvedic Yoga immersion. She is deeply inspired by the meeting place of yoga and Ayurveda, and by how these traditions offer both subtle wisdom and practical ways to live in the body with more trust and ease. Rooted in somatic awareness and seasonal rhythm, her teaching blends movement, breath, meditation, and subtle ritual as a way of listening inward. Curious, creative, and quietly mystical, Candice loves to dance, create soul art, sing, walk barefoot outdoors, and spend time with her dogs… practices that continually remind her how to return to herself and how to guide others to do the same.
