URGENT CALL TO ACTION:
Keep the Pressure On to Pass the Save Local Pharmacies Act!
After strong bipartisan support, the Virginia General Assembly voted to reject Governor Youngkin’s amendment to the Save Local Pharmacies Act.
That means the original bill, which protects patient access, strengthens local pharmacies, and improves transparency, is back on the Governor’s desk awaiting his signature.
Governor Youngkin has until May 2 to act — and we must keep our foot on the gas to make sure this critical bill becomes law.
If you’ve already reached out to the Governor’s office — THANK YOU!
But the job is not finished. We need to keep the pressure on and mobilize even more voices to make sure he knows how critical this legislation is.
✅ Contact the Governor’s office again.
✅ Encourage your peers, colleagues, friends, and family to do the same.
✅ Thank your Delegates and Senators who fought to get this bill across the finish line.
Virginia’s patients and pharmacies are COUNTING ON US!
