Hello everyone. I have decided not to do massage for now. Although I am generally not particularly risk adverse, usually I am contending with risk to myself. In my opinion massage exposes both my clients and my family members unnecessarily to the risk of exposure to this virus. That is a risk I am personally unwilling to take. I hope to start acupuncture clinics again sooner than later but I am still figuring out how to do that in the safest way possible. I will keep you updated as I learn more. Thank you all for your patience through these times. Here is a yoga video for you to enjoy. Sol Center offers massage and private yoga sessions tailored to your needs. Sarah, the owner of Sol, has been doing massage in Clear Creek County since 2005. She sees massage as a wonderful tool for keeping our bodies healthy. It can certainly be an indulgence but most people benefit greatly by incorporating massage regularly into their lives.

Sarah has practiced yoga since she was a teenager and has taught both private and group yoga sessions for over a decade.
