Sol Center offers massage and private yoga sessions tailored to your needs. Sarah, the owner of Sol, has been doing massage in Clear Creek County since 2005. She sees massage as a wonderful tool for keeping our bodies healthy. It can certainly be an indulgence but most people benefit greatly by incorporating massage regularly into their lives.

Sarah has practiced yoga since she was a teenager and has taught both private and group yoga sessions for over a decade. This ancient practice is a versatile one that lends itself well to rehabilitation. Or perhaps you would like to learn how to incorporate it into your overall health regimen to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.
