We begin our Kriya practice with pranayama breathing — a powerful way to fully expand the lungs and prepare the body for movement. This first round of breath is designed to create space inside the chest, invite more oxygen, and sharpen mental focus right from the start.

Standing tall, elbows lift as you inhale slowly and deeply, releasing the neck and letting the head drop back. Exhale a long, audible “HA” through the mouth, letting go of tension and waking up your energy. This focused movement not only opens the breath but also anchors the mind, setting the tone for the 26 postures that follow in this dynamic practice.

Breathe with intention. Move with presence. Begin with expansion. Come play with me!!!

The warmth of the sun, the gentle sway of the trees, and the shared breath of community created something truly beautiful. guided a flow like the river below, smooth and steady, while the harmonizing sounds danced through the air, wrapping everyone in peace and connection.
