Massage and Calming Techniques for Parents and Kids is a community-guided, donation-based experience designed to help families explore relaxation, connection, and the power of gentle touch together.

Led by cranial sacral therapist Bethany Fessenden, this workshop offers simple calming techniques parents and caregivers can use to support children in feeling more grounded, safe, and at ease in their bodies.

Course 2: Core Touch Techniques (125 Hours)

This is where students begin developing the art of touch. Through hands-on training in Massage 101, fascia therapies, and palpation of anatomy, students learn how to feel and understand the body through movement, tissue texture, and body awareness.

Let’s break down our 650-hour Massage Therapy Certification Program — starting with Course 1.

Course 1 is a deep dive into Anatomy & Physiology, giving students the foundation needed to truly understand the body before placing hands on a client.

Students explore anatomy, physiology, biology, fascia, movement, and body systems through classroom learning, homework, guided discussion, and logged massage practice.

This is where students begin developing the confidence to see the body differently — not just memorizing muscles, but understanding how the body functions as a whole.

Our next cohort begins this fall, and only a few spots remain.
