Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

Comfortable using computers.

Mobile Wellness Solutions is looking to hire a Inside Sales Representative.

Basic Purpose:
This position is responsible for sales efforts supporting Mobile Wellness Solutions, Inc. services and product lines from an inside sales position.
Uses available tools and resources to procure new business, while maintaining records of customer interactions and activities.
Listen to customers’ concerns and assisting with implementing solutions, following company and departmental procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for consistently achieving and exceeding sales call and revenue goals
Responds to the needs of clients and provides on-going customer service and support to internal and external clients
Consistently achieves or exceeds customer expectations and follows up with the client to ensure all needs are met
Must be proactive in developing personal organizational techniques which satisfy both company and client needs and requirements
Completes a variety of administrative and record keeping functions, including maintaining a list of activities and filling out proper forms in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company and departmental procedures
Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Mobile Wellness Solutions, Inc. management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
Responsible for client communication with the use of media marketing tools
Ensures total compliance with all company policies and government regulations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing professional business environment
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager

Education Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree

Experience & Requirements:
Strong skills needed in problem solving, attention to detail, financial and operational analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
Previous sales history with proven results from an inside sales position is preferred.

Looking for reliable, respectful and motivated medical professionals to perform temperature screenings at construction/office projects. Temporary assignment. Will last anywhere from 30 days to 120 days. We are looking for people who can fill FULL TIME HOURS ONLY. We cannot accept part time employees or split schedules to accommodate part time or contract employment.

Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand English. PREFERRED CNA, LPN, RN, EMT, EMT-Intermediate, EMT-Paramedic or similar certification. Must have reliable transportation. All PPE will be provided.
