The ECO Brand of Disc Repair Systems was designed and invented by ELM Japan in 1999. For the past 12 years ELM Japan has relied on a dealer to represent the ECO brand in North America. ELM USA is the official Sales, Service, Parts and Supplies distributor and seller for ELM products in North, South and Central America's. The company is founded by Mike Ruffolo and Jeff Kao, and directed by our parent companies in Japan. Mike is our company president, and has over 18 years experience in disc repair technology and disc repair sales, dating back to the inception of the disc repair industry. Jeff is the Director of Global Support for ELM USA, and our ELM sister companies in other regions of the world. Many of you may remember Jeff and his vast knowledge of the ECO Disc Repair Systems and his helpful and professional demeanor. Jeff is known to be the leading ECO Disc Repair System Technician in the America's and Europe. Our Sales team is led by Michael Rozner. Michael is ELM USA's Sales Manager. Many of you know Mike quite well because of his many years of dedicated sales and support for his faithful ELM ECO customers. Mike has our sales team well trained and qualified to help you to decide which machine best fits your needs or anything to do with re-surfacing optical discs. ELM USA, headquartered in Buffalo Grove, a suburb of Chicago, was founded by the late Jeff Kao and the late Mike Ruffolo. Today, the company continues to be guided by its parent organizations in Japan.

Our President, Michael Rozner, provides strategic leadership and ensures that our customers receive the highest standard of service and support. Under his direction, and with the expertise of Gary Ingles and our dedicated sales team, ELM USA offers the knowledge and resources necessary to assist customers in selecting the appropriate supplies, parts, and disc repair equipment to meet their needs.

Nobu Murata is the Chief Financial Officer at ELM USA, overseeing the accounting department's operations with accuracy and efficiency. Eric Kerbs, our accounting manager, is essential in upholding precision within the department, ensuring that your purchasing experience is smooth and hassle-free. Reshma Vyas serves as our office manager, keeping everything organized and running smoothly for all of us.
