🌟 **Team Building with a Twist!** 🌟We came together for a fun and engaging team-building activity, designed to challenge both our communication and sensory skills while strengthening our bond as therapists. We split into two groups to tackle two unique challenges:❄️ **Activity 1: The Snowflake Challenge** In the first challenge, we blindfolded ourselves and split into smaller groups, where we sat in a circle and followed the instructor’s precise directions to rip a piece of paper in certain ways—together creating a beautiful snowflake. It was a test of trust, collaboration, and the power of clear communication, all while enhancing our tactile awareness and ability to work as a cohesive team.🎁 **Activity 2: The Wrapping Race** The second challenge had us wrapping various objects—all while blindfolded and against the clock! This activity was a fun way to push our focus, fine motor skills, and the ability to think quickly under pressure, all while learning to lean on each other for support and problem-solving.Both activities weren’t just about completing tasks—they were a reminder of the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and trusting each other’s guidance and support. These exercises help us become better therapists by leaning on each other and improving our own sensory awareness and communication skills, ultimately benefiting the children we work with every day.At the heart of it all, it’s about building stronger connections with each other as a team so we can continue to provide the best care for our families. 🌈💪👉 Want to see more behind-the-scenes moments like this?
