Nicole will lead a guided activity, and end with a Q&A and book signing. This program is geared towards young adults and adults. Space will be limited and registration is required. 🎶💃✨ Coming off an incredible weekend at Borderland Music Festival, I’m reminded just how beautiful life feels when you get to be fully present. Music hits deeper, laughter lasts longer, and memories are crystal clear.

Today is National Sober Day 💜 A celebration of freedom, clarity, and choosing to live wide awake.

Sobriety doesn’t take away the fun, it amplifies it. It gives us the chance to dance, connect, and create memories that don’t fade with the morning.
