Dashing through life this time of year can make it easy to forget to take care. Remember the WHY whenever things get too busy or stressful. Are you operating in your purpose, on purpose? Are you sharing your love and gifts with the universe? Are you open to receiving all that the universe has in store? Now is a time of reflection.

Last month a customer ordered from my website and I had been so out of touch, so disconnected from my WHY that I missed the notification and kept the customer waiting for two weeks 🫣 YIKES!

Thankfully, that customer and my community have always shown me grace. That has been the biggest gift I could receive while embarking on this entrepreneurial journey. Having folks trust and believe in you, even when you forget to believe in yourself.

This was my long winded attempt at sharing that fresh elderberry elixir and the LAST of my burdock root are in the cooler at NOW! Open Tuesday-Saturday, this is the fastest way to get your hands on your favorite wellness products and grab a smoothie or fresh juice as well. Happy holidays - Love y’all 🫶🏽

Happy Juneteenth Solstice Pride New Moon🌞🌚

Things are heating up quite literally friends! Bru Apothecary is still here existing in the shadows. In January I accepted a full time position with as the Director the Buffalo Food Equity Network. Helping build communities around a common goal has always been an area where I excel. And the sanctity of agricultural knowledge has become a loud bell in my ear for the past 3+ years.

This season I am more grounded than ever. Though, that may seem invisible to you all and the algorithm. If you’re reading this thanks for showing love 💕
