1. Have you been punished or shamed for what someone has done for you or given you, thereby weaponizing their act of giving?
2. Arrogance or need to control (what? not me!) No one can do things as well as you do or the way you want it done. Or you simply don't NEED help from possible lack of trust..
3. Unworthiness. Feelings of not being worthy or deserving of being supported in any way.
