We are located in downtown Buffalo just down the steps from What’s The Scoop. Our entrance is on the side of the building with our banner on the railing, in the same space as Santosha Healing Arts. There is plenty of parking in the lot next to Lakeview Antiques.

DAY 4 - Discovering What You Truly Want

Many people set goals based on what they think they should want.
Today is about discovering what you genuinely desire.
Not what society says.
Not what others expect.
Just you.

Crystal: Clear Quartz
Clear Quartz is often called a “clarity stone.” It’s commonly used to help focus intention and bring awareness to what truly matters.

Visualization Exercise
Close your eyes for a few minutes and imagine your life one year from now.
Picture a normal day.
Where do you wake up?
How do you spend your time?
Who is around you?
How do you feel?
Let your mind wander without censoring it.

Journal Prompts
• What kind of life would feel deeply fulfilling to me?
• What experiences do I want more of?
• What activities make me feel most alive?
• If fear wasn’t a factor, what would I pursue?

Clarity Exercise
Write down the top 10 things you want to experience or create in the next year.
Do not worry about how yet.
Just capture the desires.

DAY 3 - Releasing Emotional Weight

Before inviting new intentions into your life, it helps to release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying.
This could include:
• resentment
• guilt
• disappointment
• old expectations that didn’t work out
Holding onto these emotions drains energy that could otherwise be used to build something new.

Crystal: Black Tourmaline
Black Tourmaline is commonly used for energetic protection and emotional grounding. It’s often associated with releasing heavy or stagnant energy.

Releasing:
Write down anything you are ready to let go of.
It might be:
• a past mistake
• an old relationship dynamic
• pressure you put on yourself
• expectations that no longer feel right
When you’re finished, take a deep breath and say quietly:
“I release what no longer supports my growth.”
You can tear the paper up or safely burn it as a symbolic reset.

Journal Prompts:
• What emotions have I been carrying that I’m ready to release?
• What expectations am I holding that may not actually be mine?
• What would my life feel like if I let these things go?

DAY 2 - Identifying What’s Holding You Back

We all carry beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns that quietly limit us. Sometimes they come from past experiences. Sometimes from fear of failure or fear of change. Today is about noticing those patterns — not criticizing yourself for them.

Crystal: Labradorite
Labradorite is often associated with insight and self-discovery. Many people find it helpful when reflecting on patterns or beliefs that may be limiting personal growth.

Reflection - Think about a goal you’ve wanted for a while but haven’t moved toward.
Ask yourself:
• What am I afraid might happen if I try?
• What story do I tell myself about why it hasn’t happened?
• Is that story actually true?
Often the things holding us back are assumptions rather than facts.

Journal Prompts
• What fears come up when I imagine making big changes?
• What limiting beliefs might I be carrying?
• When did I first start believing these things?

Examples might include:
“I’m not ready yet.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“It’s too late.”

Simply noticing these beliefs loosens their grip.

Letting Go
Write down the beliefs that limit you. Then rewrite each one in a more supportive way.

Example:
"I’m not ready."

"I am learning and becoming ready every day."

DAY 1 — PREPARING FOR SPRING EQUINOX

Ground Yourself in the Present
The first step toward meaningful change is becoming present with where you are right now.
Not where you think you should be.
Not where you used to be.
Just where you are.
Grounding helps calm the nervous system and allows clarity to surface naturally.

Crystal: Smoky Quartz
Smoky Quartz is often used as a grounding stone. It’s associated with stability, balance, and helping release stress or scattered thoughts.
Holding or placing this crystal nearby during your reflection can serve as a reminder to stay present and steady.

Grounding Practice
Stand or sit comfortably and take a few slow breaths.
Imagine roots growing from the bottoms of your feet deep into the earth.
With every breath out, release tension into the ground.
With every breath in, imagine drawing up calm and stability.
Spend a few minutes simply noticing:
• the temperature of the air
• the sounds around you
• how your body feels
You are here.
That is enough for now.

Journal Prompts
Write without editing yourself.
• How do I honestly feel about my life right now?
• What areas of my life feel aligned?
• What areas feel heavy, draining, or stuck?
• What has been occupying most of my mental energy lately?

Additional Exercise
Write two lists.
List 1: What is going well in my life
List 2: What feels out of alignment
Often clarity begins simply by acknowledging reality without judgment.

This seven-day reset is designed to help you:
• ground your energy
• release what is no longer serving you
• uncover what you truly want
• set meaningful goals
• create a vision board you will actually use

You do not need to rush through this process. Each day is meant to be intentional and reflective.

Take 15–30 minutes each day if you can. More if you want to go deeper.

Grab a journal, have an open mind, and a little curiosity about what might be waiting to unfold for you. We start tomorrow morning!
