DAY 1 — PREPARING FOR SPRING EQUINOX
Ground Yourself in the Present
The first step toward meaningful change is becoming present with where you are right now.
Not where you think you should be.
Not where you used to be.
Just where you are.
Grounding helps calm the nervous system and allows clarity to surface naturally.
Crystal: Smoky Quartz
Smoky Quartz is often used as a grounding stone. It’s associated with stability, balance, and helping release stress or scattered thoughts.
Holding or placing this crystal nearby during your reflection can serve as a reminder to stay present and steady.
Grounding Practice
Stand or sit comfortably and take a few slow breaths.
Imagine roots growing from the bottoms of your feet deep into the earth.
With every breath out, release tension into the ground.
With every breath in, imagine drawing up calm and stability.
Spend a few minutes simply noticing:
• the temperature of the air
• the sounds around you
• how your body feels
You are here.
That is enough for now.

Write without editing yourself.
• How do I honestly feel about my life right now?
• What areas of my life feel aligned?
• What areas feel heavy, draining, or stuck?
• What has been occupying most of my mental energy lately?
Additional Exercise
Write two lists.
List 1: What is going well in my life
List 2: What feels out of alignment
Often clarity begins simply by acknowledging reality without judgment.
