Next Saturday! Working with the Knees with Steven

Discomfort in and around the knee joints can originate in the knees themselves or elsewhere in the body, limiting range of motion, increasing the risk of injury, and making everyday tasks difficult and painful.

Join kinesiologist and yoga therapist Steve Bader to explore the anatomy and biomechanics of the knees. Practice targeted exercises, yoga postures, and guided imagery to learn healthy movement patterns that support knee function and reduce strain.
