We have been subconsciously programmed to fear childbirth. Think of the language used in traditional maternity care; contraction, pain, labor, due date etc. Just a simple change in those words can promote a positive psychological response. Hypnobirth is a tool used to rewire your brain and calm the fight or flight response that takes over when subconsciously triggered, which can slow down birthing, and increase anxiety.

Pregnancy is beautiful in so many ways. Your body becomes a true temple for another soul. Embrace every moment. Love every curve, know the power within you and feel your glow. When people tell me I am glowing, it’s not because I’m carrying a boy or a girl or for any other wives’ tail reasons. It’s because I exude the power that pregnancy gives me and embody it. It’s time to change the narrative of what pregnancy is and means for women. Take back your power ladies ❤️
