My name is Heather Dixon, founder of humble heart, based in the small town of Buffalo, Minnesota. humble heart began in April 2020 as a creative outlet when the world was turned upside down by Covid. I started making mala necklaces for family and friends - simple tools for meditation and positivity during uncertain times. Over the years, it has blossomed into a small business where you'll find meaningful meditation and wellness tools designed to support your journey inward. Today, humble heart is growing into Humble Heart Apothecary. As a student studying to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner and a passionate mental health advocate, I’m expanding my work to include natural remedies and holistic offerings that honor the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. This evolution reflects my deep commitment to whole-person healing—mind, body, and spirit. My mission remains the same: to create a safe and welcoming space for like-minded souls to share love, light, and positivity. At humble heart, we believe that self-love and self-care are not luxuries, but essentials. You can’t pour into someone else’s cup if yours is empty. If you take one thing away from this page, let it be this: you are never alone. Life can be messy and hard, and I’ve walked through those low valleys myself. But healing happens one day at a time. Start with a simple mantra to carry you through the tough moments. Remember—you are loved. You are worthy. You deserve a life filled with beauty and joy. ✨️Grateful Post✨️

It had been a year since I had done an event, and even longer since being active on social media. There's been a lot of change going on in my personal life where I needed to take a step back for my own mental and personal growth. (Another story for another day)

Yesterday, I was a vendor at the Buffalo Art & Craft Festival, and you guys... to say I felt all your love is an understatement. I was shook by the amount of people who came up to my booth, letting me know they're return customers, had attended one of my make and take events, or had been watching my site for upcoming craft fairs. Your meaningful conversations have my cup overflowing, and I'm so glad to be back.

I'm excited to share what I've been working really hard on, including a little rebranding with new products and services coming your way!
