I graduated from Trocaire College in August of 2020 with compassion and dedication to achieve personalized treatment plans for my clients. I am passionate to help others feel their best self when it comes to long-term pain relief, helping to manage chronic pain, injuries, and improving overall wellbeing through massage therapy. I opened my own practice to have the flexibility to provide my clients with enough time and one on one care they deserve. I am committed to using the highest level of care and giving my full attention to each and every client whether they are looking to relax, relieve stress, muscle tension, anxiety or depression, improve range of motion, have chronic pain, or injuries. I specialize in Swedish massage, prenatal massage, TMJ relief, migraines, sciatica, medical massage and cupping therapy. I was driven to become a licensed massage therapist when I was diagnosed with my own chronic genetic connective tissue disorder and got relief through massage therapy. Since receiving massage treatments I have managed my pain, improved my mental heath, circulation issues, and other symptoms.
