Buffalo… I love y’all but some of us are acting like a snow day is a national holiday. 😭
It’s frigid, windy, single digits, and the kids are home AGAIN.
Yesterday was MLK Day… and now today is a snow day.
But listen…
❄️ A snow day is NOT a permission slip to snack all day.
Especially if you’ve been struggling to reach your weight loss goals.
Today’s Snow Day Plan:
✅ Eat real meals (don’t graze)
✅ Limit sugary drinks
✅ Move your body on purpose! Yes..INSIDE the house.
Try this with the kids:
💃🏾 10-min dance party
🏠 50-Jumping Jacks
📺 YouTube “no equipment workout at home”
🎯 3 rounds: 20-Squats + 30- High knees + 15-Wall pushups
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to be consistent… even on snow days.
