Welcome to Wellness

I have been licensed since 2000 and have practiced in several states in a variety of locations and styles. The common connection I’ve found is that everyone benefits from body work, from the very elderly to the athletic, from those that are sedentary to those that are on vacation and even those with trauma-- a caring, trained and comforting touch goes a long way. I am particularly drawn to working with pregnancy and the concerns that come with aging.

Combining training in lymphatic care, scar work and cancer care gives me the ability to help a client through the present situation or to help them enjoy a more relaxing massage while adjusting for previous medical history. Lymphatic health care is beneficial for many reasons including pre and post surgical care, autoimmune issues and a general boost of the immune system.
