Your Body Will Thank You Thursday 😁 recipe below ⬇️ from
Healthy Chocolate Donuts
Ingredients for donut
- 1/2 Cup of rolled oats blended into powder (I use my magic bullet)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1 banana (mashed or puréed) I purée in my magic bullet
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup of nondairy milk
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350F Grease donut pan (I use coconut oil)
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. Add to donut pan ( I use a cookie scoop to make it less messy). Bake for 12-13 min
Icing Ingredients
- 2-3 Tbsp light cream cheese
- 1 tsp unsweetened coca powder
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- Optional sweetener like maple syrup
- Nondairy milk to thin
Mix in a shallow bowl
Ice donuts by placing them on top of icing and giving a few twists
Sprinkle granola on top
