Hello Clients & Friends! I will be giving up my room in an office suite in Buffalo when my lease is up at the end of May. My officemates - a chiropractor and a massage therapist - need a new roomie to replace me. It’s a great place to work out of - I am just planning to work out of my home. Rent is super reasonable. Please message me if you or someone you know is seeking office space to rent. It is also possible to get in sooner than June 1 if the situation is right. I’ve included some pictures of the actual room I occupy in addition to the common spaces I share within the office suite.

Hello Valued Clients, Friends and Family! I have new pricing that will take effect on October 6, 2025! I am also adding a new modality to my services that I have been really excited to learn - Thai bodywork! Thai massage is typically performed on the floor on a mat. It aims to help you release blocked areas & stimulate the flow of healing energies in your body, mind & spirit. Techniques include acupressure (point holding), gentle twisting, therapeutic stretching, range of motion exercises, joint mobilization, deep tissue compression, palming techniques, toning of internal organs, assisted Hatha yoga poses, & energy work. When the systems of your body are working well & energy distribution is balanced, you feel calm, happy, relaxed, energetic & free from stiffness & pain. Plan to wear loose, comfortable clothing for your session.
