Turtle is one of the oldest symbols for our earth, and with their homes in both water and earth shows us how to find harmony and grounding. Turtle is not in a rush. This medicine invites us to slow down and attune to the healing rhythm of the earth herself.

Thee baby sea turtles featured in this reel, released from a sanctuary in Costa Rica, gracefully and consistently made their way towards the water. It was profoundly moving to witness them on the beautiful beaches of the Puntarenas, Province in Costa Rica.

When we retreat, we work with turtle medicine, and can learn in an embodied way that rest is resistance, which is deeply needed just now.

Revive & Replenish was dreamt up so that we could find our way into integrity with Mother Earth and all her wonders, which enables us to answer and act upon the call within our hearts.

BABIES: A special class for families with babies 8 months and under. Learn interactive music activities that support your infant's development and meet other new parents.

MIXED AGES: The signature Music Together class for children from birth through age 5 and their parents or caregivers. Siblings can attend together, so the whole family can get in on the fun!

SUPPORTIVE FAMILY: An adaptive class for children with special needs (birth through early elementary) taught by an experienced special education teacher. While children of all abilities are always welcome in any of our classes, this provides an option for families who may prefer a smaller, more sensory-friendly class. Siblings welcome!

RHYTHM KIDS®: Active, high-energy music, movement, and drumming classes for children ages 4-8.

We are thrilled to announce that "Revive & Replenish", our retreat in Costa Rica, is returning for 2026. We are in the planning stages, and are gathering info from those who would like to attend to help us listen to what is needed most for the return of this beautiful time together.

We are also in the midst of building a new website, that once the retreat is fully planned, will feature a dedicated page with all things Pura Vida!
