In 2010 the Community Health Center of Buffalo,Inc. opened a satellite location in Niagara Falls, New York to provide much needed primary care to the Niagara Falls community. The Community Health Center of Niagara (CHCN) is the first Federally Qualified Health Center in Niagara Falls.
