We had a full house for our Lutefisk luncheon! Residents were joined by the mayor of Buffalo and his wife for a warm meal and good conversation.

The menu included:
• Lutefisk with white wine cream sauce or drawn butter
• Twice-baked Yukon Gold potato
• Peas with roasted pearl onions
• Apple-raspberry torte with single estate raspberry jam

A delicious example of the culinary excellence our residents enjoy. ⭐

Our residents at Park View SNF and AL enjoyed a fantastic feast of traditional Scandinavian culture. Yes, you guessed it, Lutefisk! Thank you to our amazing Chef Ken and company for this special meal.😋

Our 4th Annual Brighten Christmas for Park View resident's was a wonderful success! Thank you to the very generous donors that made all of the gifts possible!
