Lets give Jordan some props for always being an incredible instructor! 👏👏 But also! Did you know that props are used to enhance your yoga posture? Not just to modify or "make it easier", but to help you receive more benefits from the pose! You can bring the floor closer to you, or your own foot closer to you, to feel a stretch or balance you've never felt before if you weren't using a prop. You can also even make a pose more challenging by adding a block to it! So dont forget to grab those props when you come to class tonight at 6pm with and any class here at our studio! See you then!

Today is our sweet Allie's last class before her trip to Spain! She has been such a join to be around and we are so sad to see her go but also, we don't blame you girl!😅 Her classes are always so joyful and full of energy and we hope she comes back to visit and teach us again in the future! We will miss you so much Allie!

Time to celebrate another incredible instructor and person ! (So much Capricorn energy in our studio.) David is one of the kindest and most sefless souls and has taught many of us what it's like to practice being our highest Self. Hes the reason why we even have a studio in the first place, and the reason many of us were hired at Evolation to begin with.
David is our previous owner and trusted us with his baby, to take on the reigns. He set us up to be confident new business owners after hustling in a new job to still pay for the studio during the pandemic shut down. He has taught us all what it's like to be selfless and to do things for the greater good. We couldn't do any of this without David and we appreciate him so so much!
You can find David on our schedule every Thursday at 1230 for our Hot60 starting this Thursday! His class is grounding, enlightening, high energy, and often has some comedic relief as well! 😆He would be so happy to see you stop in and wish him a happy birthday!

Lets just take a moment to wish this angel the happiest of birthdays! Rebecca is our cherished prenatal instructor and helps so many expecting mommas prepare for the birthday of their little bundle of joy. She is also a birthing doula who advocates for a natural, empowering birthing experience. We cant even imagine how many birthdays she has helped with. If anyone deserves praise on their birthday it's this one! Send this beauty all the birthday love! We love you Rebecca!

Please remember to sign up ahead for classes! This really helps us behind the scenes more than you know. Sometimes the desk gets crowded or sometimes we need to notify students of a change to an upcoming class. Especially with our buffalo weather changing, if you're signed up ahead you'll receive any possible updates about class and avoid the line at the desk. Well also know to expect you if you're a lil caught up in traffic. Reserve your spot on mindbody, make sure your email and phone number are up to date, and see you in class!

Sometimes when the teacher calls for Warrior 1, it's just to get a Humble Warrior in there. 😅 One of our favorite poses, Humble Warrior, is a shoulder opener, lengthens the low back and releases tension in the neck and whole spine as well. Even though the hips are squared forward, it's still a little bit of a hip opener too! Tells us if you love Humble Warrior and what you think about Warrior 1!
