That’s exactly what happened on our first full day in the Baja. After breakfast + yoga, the group admitted the same thing—we didn’t know what to do with a whole day of rest. 🤦‍♀️

I don’t have any words quite yet to describe my weekend retreat as a student. I am overwhelmed with joy, gratitude, patience and feelings I haven’t unraveled yet ❤️ A blog around this retreat and the beautiful things around retreats coming soon!

And having the presence of my greatest friend I met at camp at the age of 11- was such a gift from the universe. Growing, sharing, meditating together was something I will cherish forever. ⭐️
